To copy your files and keep file date/time:

1. Run safecopy.exe
2. Type the path to your files in "Source Folder" edit box or use Browse button to invoke folder selection dialog
3. Type the path to target folder in Target Folder edit box or use Browse button to invoke folder selection dialog
4. Click Copy button to start
